This is the dedication plaque on the "Texas Terror" Memorial in the town of Ingham, Queensland, Australia. The plaque reads, "This Memorial Was Erected and Dedicated By The Citizens Of The Hitchenbrook Shire, The Returned and Services League of Australia, Herbert River Sub Branch, 31st Battalion Infantry Association (Ingham Branch), Ingham Flight of the Air Training Corps, 90th Bomb Group (H) Association And The Families of Captain Carl H. Silber, USAAF And 2LT Dewey Glenn Hooper, USAAF." 25th April 1999. At the bottom of the plaque are the insignias for the organization listed in the text.
